“At the 3-month exam following my vascular surgery in December my specialists noticed that some symptoms have persisted. My specialists need to run tests to evaluate if these symptoms are related or not. These can’t wait months until after the tour. They may be unrelated or easily resolved but, until this is determined, I can’t risk being thousands of miles from home on tour in case something we're to happen.
